We cannot test your property and we cannot install a system — both are certified activities in Pennsylvania and we are not a certified firm. Where you need either, we will point you to the DEP certified list so you can choose for yourself.
What to Have Ready
If you are calling about a test result, have the number itself, the type of test used, how long it ran, which level of the home it was placed on, and whether the house was kept closed during the test. Those five details determine how much weight the result deserves.
If you are calling about a quote, have the itemisation in front of you — the number of suction points proposed, the fan model, where the pipe will run, what sealing is included, and whether a post-mitigation test is part of the price. Those are the lines that explain why two quotes differ.
